Equipping Saints for purposeful ministry:

• Determine needs of Churches and address those needs

​           -​ Survey pastors, deacons, and organizational leaders about their training needs
            – Identify top 1 or 2 needs and address them and evaluate results
            – Identify individuals and organizations who can help meet and address these needs

• ​Obtain and share information on how Churches, GCBA, and our state (TBMB) & national (SBC) ​convention work together for the cause of Christ

​           – Present Association structure and direction
            – Present TBMB structure and direction
            – Present SBC structure and direction

• Inspire and Equip the Saints to seek a movement of God’s Spirit

​          – Identify possible location(s) to host prayer vigil
           – Identify prayer vigil leader(s)
           – Determine date and time of prayer vigil
           – Advertise and promote the event

My name is Jerry Farmer, and I am the Team Leader of the “Training Committee”. I am one of five Team Leaders that report to our GCBA Steering Committee. We have 22 churches in our association, and I NEED HELP from every church. 

Here’s what I need;
1) I need members willing to serve on the training committee.
2) I need names of people who are willing to teach (facilitate) training for   a) men    b) women    c) youth    d)children
3) I need ideas on what kind of training people want. (All training doesn’t have to be spiritual, but needs to be viewed through a Biblical worldview)

Our Association will only be strong when all 22 churches work together for God’s glory. Pray about the needs, and if you feel led, contact me.
